Hoo Hoo #4, also known as the Red Hoo Hoo, was best known for his appearance in Waiting for to Go in the ending scene. His second known appearance was as a stowaway for Galactic Superheroes Episode 2, and his most recent appearance was in Starship Genius Episode 11 as a background civilian.
